Went here for an oil change for the first time and it went pretty well and with very good customer service! However, following the oil change, I drove back onto the highway and my skid plate completely fell off when I was going back home since im not from the area and was visiting family. I was made aware that my skid plate was zip-tied upon arrival from a previous oil change elsewhere, and they informed me that they would secure it for me, but clearly it wasn’t placed back on with any care. This is my go-to oil change destination. The staff are always efficient and kind in their explanations, with no unnecessary recommendations. I particularly appreciate Pam’s professionalism. Jesse and Nathan completed my oil change today, and both did a great job!
