I had my oil changed here earlier this week, and this weekend I found fresh oil on my garage floor. When I checked, the drain bolt was barely finger-tight!! Luckily the leak was slow and my oil level is still okay, but that kind of mistake could have easily led to engine damage. Doubt I'll be returning here. I've had good experiences in the past, but I can no longer trust a shop that fails at something as basic and critical as tightening the drain plug.
Second time coming here. 1st time I came in with my old honda civic about a year ago and got good service. 2nd time I went was today with my new used car I got about a couple months ago. Got an oil change as it was due for a change. Everything went good so far. Young man even helped check my cabin filter to see if it needed to be changed and it didn't. And he put it back.
