Phenomenal friendly and professional service. They never fail to amaze me. Got oil and transmission fluid changed. I've been coming here for years and will always continue to. They top up fluids and clean stuff, lots of wonderful extras. I highly recommend them to all!
I dealt with Norm the owner today and one of his colleagues Ray, about an oil change. In an age where people are quick to criticize but slow to compliment. I'd like to thank Norm's team for the exemplary service I received from them earlier today. I received a fair price furthermore Ray went over and above. To help me out and advise me on separate issues. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to friends & family for their high standards of customer care.
So, I’m reviewing an oil change. This is a new level of petty for me, but I had to call out the associate who helped my wife and I. Amed was super friendly, polite and helpful. Customer service level was A+. I’m used to getting oil changes in Prince George at the Great Canadian where the associates tend to communicate in a series of grunts and scowls. Somebody give Amed a raise; he earns every penny representing his workplace so well.
The oil change service is good as expected. When we had a problem, Norm (the owner) went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of.
