I went there when I bought my car for an oil change and everything went smooth. Went there again and a whole new line of staff is working, got my oil change done went to pop my hood and there’s oil dripped across the whole engine bay. Also used power tools to tighten screws that are apart of a plastic housing and nearly stripped the housing. Will not be returning as quality of care has clearly declined since my last visit.
Quick and efficient. Pulled up and got an oil change done under 20 minutes. Asked if I wanted other things done like air filter and transmission fluid, but didn't pressure after I declined. Also had a coupon for $15 off. Highly recommend!
The people at this Great Canadian oil change are amazing. I was trying to change my rear license plates where the bolts were seized and the folks here, without charging a penny, went out of their way to help me get the screw unseized. They spent hours trying different things, all out of goodwill and I couldn't thank them enough for their kindness. They're fantastic people and you should take your business here.
