My family and I stayed at a cabin in the Homestead community over the Thanksgiving Holiday. After arriving home the this rental company charged us $240 for damage cause by our dog. WE DID NOT HAVE any animals with us on this trip. In fact we payed someone to keep our dogs at our house while we were gone. When we confronted them with this information their return was "that's what everyone says!" How many people have they charged for this same damage not caused by our family! RIDICULOUS!
