We were looking forward to a great couples long weekend vacation, but due to inclement weather Great Cabins in the Smokies! cancelled our reservation since their cleaning crew wasn't able to reach the cabin. Instead of allowing us to reschedule or them refunding our money, they offered a minimal amount of our initial investment to be credited toward another rental. Great experience with these folks 2 years in a row. That's why I'm using them for the 3rd year. Plus I like talking to someone with a Southern accent when I call them. I can understand them and they can understand my Southern drawl.

We stayed in the Black Bear Chalet. Really nice cabin. Very clean and lacked nothing! We will DEFINITELY be using Great Cabins in the Smokies again.
