Very good customer service we have stayed in three different cabins with them and loved everyone.
We just enjoyed a 5 night stay at Cinnamon Sky cabin, and enjoyed ourselves immensely! We've stayed in a few of Great Cabin cabins, and have always come away pleased. Staff has been pleasant to work with, and the cabins are always as advertised. We enjoyed the hot tub, and the fire pit oasis. Was hoping to see a bear, but that's out of the control of the management! hahahaha Thanks, Great Cabins for another positive experience and happy family memories.
Stay here more than 5 times a year. We stay in a different place each time. Never had a single issue that wasn't resolved quickly. After reading some of the negative reviews left in this page it leads me to believe some folks are looking for the Atlanta downtown Hilton, not a cabin in the woods! I found some reviews almost comical.
My family has visited Great Cabins two years in a row... They are perfect! Not one thing wrong with our stay. We'll be back again and again!!
Loved the cabin!! Will be going back in the future.
