GBFCU is the most worthless Credit Union in Washoe County, NV (1.) 10-20 minute hold times just to talk to someone for 2 minutes, and they blame it on there new Mobile Banking System. (2). GBFCU, turns your debit card ON and OFF whenever they feel like it without informing you by phone, mail or email. (3). Just Poor customer service on the phone and in person. I asked the customer service rep. to have the General Manager give me a call regarding my issues. I'm still waiting for a call back.......
GBFCU made getting our car loan an easy process. Even though we had a million questions, Irene was there to answer every single one of them with the utmost patience. I also sent in an email in regards to something a couple of days following and I received the response and the resolution the next day. We're very pleased and won't hesitate to go through GBFCU for our other financial needs!

About the worst customer service I have received in a very LONG time. They really need to work on their people skills! What happen to the customer is always right? Will be closing my grandchildren's savings accounts out and moving them to another credit union that cares about the future of our young!!!
Spent over 20 minutes on hold before I could even speak with anyone. Once i finally got someone on the line I was told I could not get my dormant fees returned to me. I will be taking my accounts elsewhere.
