I just opened a new account here and they made it quick and easy! Great customer service and a very friendly atmosphere.
Northwest branch crew rocks! Everyone is so nice and always there to help with any financial need that comes up! Never a huge wait bc the staff is very quick and efficient! Highly recommend!
10/10 would recommend, especially the Northwest branch, off McCarran. Everyone is super friendly and very helpful, I've never once had a bad experience in all the time I've gone to that branch.
Whether I needed to make a deposit, get financial recommendation, and/or open a new account, the North West branch has always been available to help me accomplish these tasks!

I had a problem this a.m. with a direct deposit not showing up in my account� One quick call to GBFCU and within minutes problem solved and I received a follow up call !!! How’s that for service with a smile ?!?! Only with GBFCU can I be treated as a member of the family� Love this credit union �
I've been a member since 1969 and never had a bad experience. Having banked with B of A and Wells Fargo on other matters I will never bank with either of them again.
