I have never been happier with any other financial institution. My husband and I have been with this credit union for several years now. I have never had issues. I experienced a problem with an ATM yesterday in Fernley where they charged my card for money it didn’t give me. The Credit Union, more specifically Alisia was SO HELPFUL and understanding and communicated effectively to help me solve my problems. I've had accounts with another Credit Union in the area and by comparison my experience at Great Basin Federal CU has been far better. I especially love the team in the Northwest Branch who's Consumer and Person Centered Service is par excellence!
