Beware of this RV dealership I am the owner of a 2012 entegra Aspire class a I am passing through this town and decided I was going to have some minor work done to my coach call the make an appointment and was told by the service manager that they only work on coaches that the purchase from them so I'm going to let everybody know don't use this RV dealership to have your car serviced
2nd time to leave feedback...still no response Purchased Big Country 3150RL from Defuniak Springs on 18 July. - Arrived early to have hitch installed. - Waited 2 hours in lobby past scheduled appointment. - In finance office I was told I owed $55.8 when a week earlier a purchase agreement was made for $55 "out the door" witnessed by Chad and Sales Manager. We bought a lacrosse trailer 4 yrs ago on line to be delivered from Hammond to defuniak springs. Wasn't the model we ordered but didn't realize until we were transferring our belongings from one camper to this one. The dealership was closed when we were finally able to get in it but the lock was broken on the Dorr so we had to drive to the campground with the door taped shut. Prime Time Manufacturing/Dixie RV I a very disappointed in my 2015 Sanibel 3251, We have had it since May and have had nothing but problems. Well Once again I am disappointed in Defuniak Dixie RV Superstore. I have been waiting 3 weeks on parts to SUPPOSEDLY have been ordered. I have called atleast once a week to a salesman that has NOT returned my phone call, so I got in my truck today and drove 30 miles to the dealership to find out answers and found that the parts were never ordered and he never called to even tell me that. Last month I purchased a brand new travel trailer from the Breaux Bridge location and I honestly have nothing positive to say from the experience. I was mislead, deceived, and neglected after the purchase. It was by far the worst experience I've had with making any type of purchase and I strongly discourage anyone from dealing with these people.
Received the RV back after a service issue which necessitated a battery change. Unfortunately, upon receipt, we had a related problem with the electrical system that made the electrical system unusable. This required a return trip, a $200 charge for $13 part, and not even helpful customer service - very disappointing experience all in all.
