Jewelry looks good but once you get it the quality is not very good would not recommend this place
My fiancé got our engagement set from here…when he proposed the ring was to small of course I said yes but we took the ring back and the guy immediately said 8 which is the size that my fiancé asked for but the ring in fact was sized to a 7 1/2 not even the size that was asked for….I asked to make it a size 8 1/2 he went to the back and tried to stretch the ring I was not happy because he kept trying to stretch the ring took the shape away and messed up the ring..he said he could have his jeweler pick it up add gold to it an... read more
Paid 350 plus tax.. less than 21 days the initials fell off my ring. I offered to pay $75 more to exchange for new one. Got denied.. waited nearly 2 months for repair to get this shitty job and paid $80 more. Disappointed i bought my 1st pieces of jewelry from here back in '03.. Selling questionable jewelry and charging for repairs when they sending it to Barry's Jewelry store. (Grade A place). Posting 2 pics My T ring, and a retired military guy with the exact same problem
