I messed up our Genie garage door opener putting away some boxes. All American responded very quickly. They sent Paul Swezey within 45 minutes. The fix was so simple it took him less than 5 minutes total. He didn't even charge me. Later, owner Steve told me that is their policy: if it is a quick & simple fix, no charge - the first time. BTW, I gratefully tipped Paul handsomely. Well done, All American Garage Doors. A stellar 5 star job. I will certainly use them in the future.
Doug, thank you for your fine work in repairing my garage door. You had a long day with a previous job, yet you still kept your appointment with me. You kept me notified on your status and estimated arrival time. You were also very personable and competent. You quickly found the issue, made a quality repair, and your costs were very reasonable. Doug has been extraordinarily helpful with the ongoing problems with the garage door springs in our development. From coming out here quickly to help people get out of their garage to replacing springs at a reasonable price. Excellent customer service and quality work. The entire process from start to finish was a bit unorganized. Thus only receiving 4 stars. I'm happy with the finished product but to get here I had to scratch my head a few times. On the 1st visit Doug drove up my driveway and drove over roofing material that was clearly laid out for the garage I was completing. This bent the material and I could no longer use it.
