The woman working this morning was absolutely horrible. Don’t know if she was having a bad morning or an off day. She should not be in front of customers. She has no idea what customer service is or even how to greet a customer… one the absolutely worst customer service experiences I have ever seen…
I should have went to bicut place next door or just some where else. Not worth the price for quality. Meats looks rubbery and fake, along with the egg. McDonald’s is better than this.

Very friendly and efficient service from the lady behind counter. She made fresh coffee and brought out to seating area. Bagel was nicely toasted and just fine. Pleasant service made all the difference.
One person on duty. Taking orders for 4 at a time making everyone wait for all orders to be ready. Took 30 minutes for a bagel. Geez
