Bad Business 👎No Respect👎 I went to Grease Monkey yesterday to get my oil changed and in return ended with a flat tire. I was waiting in my car for them to change my oil when I noticed a employee going around with the air hose checking my tires. Note: (Did not ask them to check air in tires just change oil). During this time of COVID 19 we have fewer employees and are only checking tire pressure when requested. When we removed your valve cap the valve stem stayed inside of plastic cap. This clearly shows it was broken before we touched tire. There was no loud pop. We offered to put your spare on as a courtesy to you. You failed to mention in your summary that you told us you had recently had new tires put on in last month. RecommendedI was blessed to get my oil changed today and I definitely recommend them. They are professional and have excellent customer service. I love how the owner works right there with his crew! They do a wonderful job at keeping customers and their employees safe during this time of social distancing!
Brought my Jeep here for an oil change the other day & everyone was friendly and service was pretty fast. Later that same day I had an issue with my Jeep (turns out it was mud on the wheels causing it) but at first I had no idea what it was. Took it back to them twice and they were so nice and kind about trying to help me figure out what was wrong. The owner Mike spent 10 minutes spraying the mud off my wheels.. and that turned out to be the problem 😂🤦🏼♀️ but definitely recommend this place
Went yesterday for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised with the quick service! Everyone was extremely friendly and I was in and out in no time
Professional, friendly, and excellent service each visit! Wonderful team, always willing to help. Mike and Tim have been exceptional over the years and throughout my many visits. Jake took care of me today and he was exceptional as well. I know it’s difficult to be essential during the COVID-19 pandemic, but they’re doing an outstanding job!! As usual!
