RecommendedPaul and his crew did a great job! They worked quickly but thoroughly. They ended the service with complimentary movie theater style popcorn and a cold water.
i would give 0 stars if i could. My mom had her tires on warranty at the Round Lake location till the end of october 2019 she showed up early october to let them know she needed new tires and they said they would get back to her. she kept on calling every week and management would blow her off, give excuses, and bully her on the phone! TODAY 2 MONTHS LATER HER TIRE FINALLY BLEW OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD AND SHE COULD'VE BEEN HURT! Fast, friendly, and decent prices. My semi synthetic oil change with $10 coupon was $54 out the door. Would have been a five star had they not broken off the plastic push piece holding the undercover to the underside, not tell me, and use two zipties to hold it all together. Fiat loves to use plastic pieces so I understand accidentally breaking something but the fact that they didn't tell me bothers me. FYI: a Fiat is a VERY low car and they didn't cut the ends off of the zipties, thus making me check under my car for a weir... read more
My first time. Awesome. Fast friendly service. No wait. In and out in maybe 10 minutes. No pushy salesman trying to sell you air filters, wiper blades, etc.
Love the service and employees are super chill and funny as ever definitely need to check these guys out I'll definitely be back���
