I have been meaning to post this. DO NOT do business with GREASE MONKEY CARWASH!! It completely ripped the ski rack off my car! My $6 wash turned into $500!! I was told they would make it right, well they didn't. I'm very upset with the way they handled this situation, especially when the Manager tells you it's ok to take your car through the wash when he was asked. I'm sick that a local business was so unprofessional! The excuse given was there was a sign posted about if anything happens to your car they are not responsible... read more
I always go to grease monkey! They do such a great job! They are always friendly and quick. I've never had to wait in line for a wash or oil change.... (Which is HUGE to me!!!!) And, because I have a black car they keep it clean and well serviced......Which is mandatory!!!
Absolutely amazing customer service. They definitely go above and beyond. Highly recommend!
