Recently took a boat to be repaired at Grease Monkey. Bob was very friendly and seemed accommodating. However, he claimed to have fixed the boat, but when it was returned to us, it had beer bottle caps on the boat floor and there appeared to be vomit on the front outside. Ultimately, after taking it out on the lake following the “repairs,” it was in worse condition than before dropping it off. From the moment I pulled in to the moment I left, I could not be happier at the attention & service I received. I have a new car, first oil change with it... was not happy at all to hear Pearson Hyundai down the road way overfilled my tires when I had them checked back in February... 85 PSI!!!!! Completely unethical business. Manager didn’t not tell Me there was an option for a warranty for replacing Freon for AC. I have a son with a disability and driving around in hot car is difficult for him. Buyer beware.

Even though Service Street in Colo Springs, left her with a splash guard falling off on the hwy and refusing to make it right, these guys were friendly, fast, professional and know how to take care of customers.
