Brakes I dropped by to have them work on my brakes, quick and easy they threw in free resurfacing for the rotors cause I've been coming to the shop for so long.
The Best Around These guys don't even do brakes, so quit exaggerating and tell us the facts !Frustrating when you people who neglect your cars go anywhere and they tell you your piece of junk is falling apart around you, but that's their job.Grease Monkey only quotes out of my Owners Manual compared to my mileage for any services they recommend to me, and my family, and friends who have been going there for 6+ years.Get your facts right before you slander a good company !
Well-serviced My experience at Grease Monkey was uniformly positive. They were efficient, thorough, and very courteous. The basic oil change included some nice perks like refilling the fluids, vacuuming the interior, filling tires to proper pressure, etc. They replaced the bolt on my oil pan (which was stripped by the last guys) for no extra charge. An oil change is an oil change, until... Talk about a high pressure sales situation... I know what it means to "upsell" the customer, but to go from a simple oil change to recommending that I flush my tranny, get new brakes, change out my belts and on and on and on... all i want is my oil changed.... "what about this? what about that?" go to jiffy lube or do it yourself.
