Very professional, nice, and upfront I usually have an oil change right before I go on a long road trip, but last month I forgot to schedule with my mechanic, and tried to find a place to go to for an oil change on a Friday. I headed over to Grease Monkey and was very glad I did. nice We always receive great service!!! We are never pressured into doing repairs we are not comfortable with.
Great service They made sure I knew what they were doing to my car and why. I was offered a beverage while I waited and every so often I would be updated about the progress as to when they would be finished. The communication and acknowledgement made the wait seem much shorter than it was.
Saved Tons of Money I have saved tons of money since I started coming to Grease Monkey. They do wonderful work and at a fair price. Once they fix something here, it stays fixed. I've never had a complaint about their services.
I wouldn't take my lawn mower there to get a oil change. I Wouldn't recommend anyone to them because on May4,2012 I took my car there to have my oil change and a week late my oil start leaking.I took my car back today on May9,2012 and Antoine and Don and Gary told me that i wasn't there fault and advice me to take it somewhere else and when i did i took it to mike auto and he advice me that it was there fault they make up my oil filter by tight to tight and now don't want to replace it.Of pay for my car to be fix.Peoples had... read more
