Great crabcakes,shrimp and grits and a fantastic burger .Classy but casual and we loved the rooftop Perch ! A pleasure to have stumbled upon this wonderful spot in Wytheville. Thanks for a great evening !!
I have eaten here before and every time has been a delight. We got there just before closing at 2 and took our food on the rooftop. If is lovely up there. We were the only ones up there so I put on my music on my iPhone and danced away on the roof. Lots of fun. Great service. The chicken in puff pastry was delicious with the Caesar salad and they had a ginger beer I have never tried before so grabbed a couple of bottles and enjoyed it. Wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Will be back again.
Service was horrible left us without anything to drink during the entire meal and after we finished was hurried with the check. Steak was tough and tasteless could not eat it. We were there for our 45th wedding anniversary RUINED.
A treasure in a great little town, as part of an overall restoration of an older hotel. Though I’ve only done lunches, hope to come back and experience the bourbon flight. Definitely worth dropping off of I 77 or I 81 into Wytheville.
We stopped here for lunch while traveling to the NC beaches. We were greeted promptly and our order taken. Food was delivered promptly and was delicious at a very reasonable price. I had chicken salad in puff pastry and potato salad - my wife had 1/2 meatloaf sandwich and a cup of chicken and wild mushroom soup. Everything was obviously made fresh. Add in two soft drinks and it was right at 20 dollars. The hotel itself is charming as is all of Old Wytheville. I highly recommend it, and we will be stopping again.
