RecommendedAwesome place to live that is kept clean. Management, leasing agents and maintenance are extremely professional and friendly. The community is quiet and peaceful. After a long day of work, coming home to a peaceful setting is a pleasure. Dionne is an awesome person that will try to accommodate you when a problem arises. If she is unable to fix the issue, she will advise you where you can get any help you may need.
A big Yes! We've been here for over two years and are completely satisfied with the cleanliness, services, infrastructure, decor, maintenance, value for money and facilities. This is such a quiet and a serene place to be at along with all the amenities you can ask for. The front staff is always very helpful and is available to hear out your issues (if any). Totally recommend this place for anybody who wants to move in. :)
I've been here for about a year and love this place. The front office staff is wonderful!! The issues I see is vehicles double parking or parking sideways taking up 3 to 4 parking spaces close to my apartment building and I had to find parking on the next building. I would like the convenience of parking close to my building after a long long shift from work. The other issue's I see is some residents can't seem to use the dog park and pick up after their dogs. Great complex with a great staff. They always go above and beyond to accommodate any needs of their residents. I would highly recommend to anybody.
This is exactly what Home feels like!! I have never had one bad thing to say about anyone that works for this complex!! Everyone goes out of their way to help all of us!
I love the apartment and love living here BUT lately there have been a lot of issues. The crime rate in the complex has been crazy. A shoot occurred behind my building, drugs and the smell of marijuana is horrible, someone tired to break into my place && kids are fighting each other behind my building. I call the police and the complex but the crime in the last 6 months have been HORRIBLE!
Great community! It's not too big. It's gated. The grounds are well kept. The location is convenient to many surrounding shopping areas. The front office staff is awesome! It's amazing that in 2018 people still don't understand you have to pay for 'quality'. I could have stayed in communities for much less than what I'm paying, but I wasn't looking for cheap or discounts. I value the quality and safety of my environment. I would recommend Grayson Park Estates to anyone who values the same.
