We just moved here and I would highly recommend Grayson estates. The only thing I WISH they had was a dog park, there is more than enough room at the stop sign near the 2000 apartments where they separate.
Office staff only concerned with obtaining new renters, not meeting the needs of LONG time residents. Call box, one or both gates have continuous problems. Needed a replacement key card and was told to come back in a few hours as they were busy. Rates for my Mom's unit that she has been in since 2009 continuously rise. Shame.

Grayson park estates apartment is great place to live, community is nice and the office staff are amazing and helpful. Everyone has an amazing heart stay by the office and rent your next apartment here your going to love it here
