I've been coming to Dr Rodgers since approximately 2004 and he is the best there is. I would recommend him to anyone!
I went for a return visit for a check on my ear. After 11/2 hours I still had not seen the doctor. I told the nurses I had had cervical surgery a week ago and didn't feel well. They kept saying he would be right in but he never showed. That is just poor manners and disrespect for others.
Poor bedside manner. I waited over and hour and a half and he was very defensive when I let him know I was frustrated at the wait. He informed me there was a door and I could use it to leave. Since I drove 4 hours to get here and I really wanted my ear looked at and I was afraid if I left that my insurance wouldn’t pay for my visit I had to stay and endure his arrogance. He made it clear he has enough patients so my feelings didn’t matter to him. I’m hoping his diagnosis is better than his personality.
