This establishment got my information somehow, and sent me a bill for a “no-show” appointment. I never gave them my information and I never scheduled an appointment. I will not be paying it.

I started going to Grayson & Associates due to major focus issues and eventually tested for ADHD. It took an additional month to get the prescription written. After an appointment where my medication dosage was increased, I was told by the nurse that the office would call me when my new prescription was ready. When you call there are four options, one is a New patient line”, you press that and you wait for 35 minutes to get to talk to somebody, just so they can take your name or number down (this is before Covid when I first went there, and then they give you an appointment three months in advance, like your book for three whole months to get one, I just think that maybe the doctor doesn’t come in that much there’s no way they have that many clients that they’re actually seeing because every time I go in there it’s empty .
