Lacks compassion and understanding of empathy or emotion. Awful psychiatrist that had a negative impact on my childhood and family as a whole. If you love your child you should not take them to see this woman.

Well I'm sorry for your experience with her but Dr. Karen Callahan saved me 20 something years ago has never pressured me always been there for me I don't know where I would be without her...Just hope my insurance hasn't messed up a good thing I don't like change..so I'm changing insurances
We all know she’s a bee eye tee sea H! So let’s get into specifics. I was on 300 mg of Wellbutrin for a long time. I was getting MRI’s, so many tests run trying to find out what my issue was because I’d have these attacks where I couldn’t walk, talk or see well at all for hours at a time. We didn’t know what was going on. Dr Callahan didn’t want to reduce my dosage even after knowing I lost a significant amount of weight. Dr. Callahan shouldn’t have a license, let alone “care” for children. How Grandview can continue to let her represent their hospital is beyond me. My 17 yr old little sister was on the adolescent psych unit (for the first time ever) back in Nov. Dr. C was hateful to her & our family. Some nurses were okay, but one specific nurse was a nightmare.
