RecommendedDr Pouyat help me out during eye emergency while I was on vacation out of state and stayed in constant contact. Very helpful. One of my children was presenting with a possible eye disorder and he was super thorough. Communicated with our Peds group and was there for us if we needed to move to specialist thankfully did not need to. After 2 years he continues to check issue and reassure us of status. It started with Dr. Pouyet and just keeps getting better. I have gone to Grayslake eyecare for over 20 years and couldn't be happier. They use state of art technology and are very knowledgeable. It doesn't matter what doctor you have access to, they are all the best!
The doctor there is very good. He listen too you make you feel comfortable. I been going there for 10 years or more. Great place feels like family
My son's glasses broke last night, came in this morning early as he's leaving on a vacation with his older brother today and they swapped out frames so he wasn't without on his trip. thank you so much!!!! great customer service!!
Been going here since I was in 2nd grade and ever since there are new doctors this place is terrible. They dont follow up or try to do anything to help their patients. After 30 years I am in search of a new optometrist. Very Disappointing
