I have 2 Vitex (lilac chaste) trees in my front yard that had grown out of control and needed serious pruning. I also had other shrubs that were In bad shape and needed attention. I had seen an ad for a certified arborist that was at Gray's, so called them. John Mark came out and accessed the issues and scheduled an appointment with Matt Craven, their arborist. Update as of May 2025: I only trust Gray’s Tree Service with pruning, trimming or removing trees from my yard. This call was to remove “sucker branches” from two oak trees. William Browder was so helpful, polite and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Since I’m elderly and have trouble with mobility, he helped me walk to the back of my yard to see the work the men did.
