Our quote was favorable but the process was a mess. I called Grey's tree for at quote in early summer, I think June, and they said they would come out in a few days. No one came out until a month later after numerous phone calls trying to get someone on site. They then said they would contact us later to schedule the removal since they were a "few weeks" backed up. No word so I called this week in September. I’ve been less than impressed after being referred to Gray’s. I’m honestly tired of having to call them to finish my project each step of the way. Additionally, I had an expectation that Gray’s would come in and complete the work such that I wouldn’t have to find/pay someone to finish and clean up. This has been beyond frustrating. The pictures don’t do justice for how bad everything looks in person. I have my thoughts as to why I’ve received such poor service, but I hope I’m wrong and my location is not a factor.

Bobo and his crew did a great job removing 3 big trees. The debris should be picked up soon and barring any issues, I highly recommend them.

Grays Tree Service really helped us out recently when we had a huge tree fall on our house. They were there initially to take it out fairly promptly. They worked with us as well since they couldn’t get all of the tree removed as it was too far away to reach with their largest crane, and sent the stump grinders to grind it and some other stumps up.
