Wonderful Service!!! After seeing the work that Grey's did on several of my parents homes over the years, we decided that when it came time to have oak floors installed in our new home, we would use them too. I never had an issue getting them to return calls or, if they were available, answering the phone. They were flexible, professional, and the quality is amazing. We LOVE the hardwood floors in our home!
They don't answer phone calls or customer complaints! Gray's resurfaced my hardwood floor. There was one spot that needed a color touch up. They agreed to do that. They didn't do it.Now, they won't respond to my phone calls or a letter I wrote to them.This is very poor customer service! I am really disappointed in the way they conduct business!
