WOW is all I can say. I am so impressed with the level of service. We have bought our Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge and Stove from them. The sales people are awesome and so helpful. We got our fridge and stove delivered this morning and the 2 guys delivering were beyond nice. They were efficient and very organized. I can't say enough nice things. Thank you thank you thank you!

Been very satisfied with products from Gray's. Last year we purchased a dryer and a gas stove for my parents. In renovating my own apartment I purchased a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave/hood vent, and garbage disposal. The staff are friendly and helpful and I like that they are a local small business that provides great customer service.
Great place for appliance parts too, I have been here 3 times for parts for my washer and dryer, from, door hardware for my washer to a new heating element for my ancient,dryer , they always have it in stock. The Thing that compelled me to right this review is this place consistently has ultra friendly staff that greets with Hello, and Thank you and a smile something lost on today's retail industry. thanks Again .
Had our Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator delivered today! Absolutely love it! Customer service at purchase was great and delivery to the 2nd floor was also great! I'm sure we will be back for all of our kitchen purchases.

Rick and Jeremy did an amazing job installing our new Speed Queen washer! It was quite a challenge to maneuver it up, over, and into the corner between the gas dryer and soapstone sink. They did it with ease. The old one is out and the new one has been put to the test since it arrived yesterday. All is level and running smoothly. Thanks guys!
