RecommendedI received assistance from Gray's to fix a freezer and replace a washer on my refrigerator. Dave visited my place three times to do the work within a week. He ended up figuring out the freezer just needed a new timer instead of dealing with either leaking refrigerant or otherwise replacing a commercial grade freezer that would take 3 months to replace. Dave was knowledgable, friendly and competent. Outstanding customer service and timeliness from Gray's Appliance!
My refrigerator died this week, not a great time to be without one. I bought one on Wednesday and they didn’t think they could deliver it until Monday but they were able to get it to me today. So grateful! Thanks Gray’s!
They changed us $250.00 because my Nana (Who suffers from dementia) forgot to use the washing machine. We called to have it fixed then soon after realized we were ripped off.
Grey's is always professional, good customer service, good pricing and delivers without scratching my appliances or walls. They even honor warranties, have spare parts if you break a veggie bin ect, and service personell are timely and fast.
When we called and needed a recommendation for someone to service our Electrolux fridge (which came with our condo and unfortunately wasn't purchased at Gray's) we were given a great recommendation of "Peter De's Appliance Service." Peter was able to come the next day and fixed our issue so fast! Thank you Peter and thank you Gray's!
The people are super helpful and very friendly, beats alot of other encounters I've had through the years. I'll be back.
Thanks so much for your great customer service. I was attempting a small repair on my dishwasher and was feeling defeated after a terrible experience at another appliance shop in town. You had the part, were kind and polite and I had my dishwasher up and running in under an hour.
