I had a terrible experience with the Reading office .I had 2 different caregivers come to my home .The first was a no call no show for her 2nd shift with me and the second one said I had an attitude problem because I questioned how much time she spent sending and receiving personal texts and remarked about the way she was dressed for work- t shirt and flip flops.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
