We absolutely love it here. Location is ideal, people are friendly enough. Staff here are professional and patient. Most of all the boss is happy
Great landscaping and maintenance is usually quick to respond. Office staff is very kind and professional. Hats off to Adrian for all her help when I was moving in.
Lived at Alta Shores for about a year, I had no major issues during my time here. The area is clean and the staff are some of the most helpful and nice people I've met. I recently had my AC break, someone was there to fix it in less than an hour. Overall a very nice place to live, especially if you work at NPTU.
Many hidden fees and SERIOUS issues with Alta Shores to be aware of!! Background: I moved from out of state. I was selling my home and needed a temporary apt in SC quickly during closing. Alta Shores looked good online, but after living there a year I found numerous issues.
