Pay $1700 a month for a damn unit with a 25 year old AC unit that costs over $200 a month to run I've had larger houses cost 30% less.... When this was brought to their attention they told me stuff it... Slum lords man...
Be sure not to leave your auto pay feature on. They tried to charge me a extra month of rent after my lease was up and it took me looking at the rent portal to call them out which they said was a “accident”. Maintenance request takes forever to be completed. Was given a snarky attitude when I asked about the status of a maintenance request that took about a month and a couple weeks to be fixed. Adrian is the most ridiculous leasing manager I've ever dealt with in 30 years of renting apartments. Obnoxious and extremely passive aggressive office staff with lots of silly rules. They constantly bombard you with spam in the form of email and text, and won't let you unsubscibe.
