Obnoxious and extremely passive aggressive office staff with lots of silly rules. They constantly bombard you with spam in the form of email and text, and won't let you unsubscibe. The apartments are okay, but not comfortable, and appliances suck and are horribly outdated and not energy efficient. Frequent maintenance requests. They like to enter your apartment whenever, they barely knock and deliver threatening letters if you have the privacy lock on. They have zero respect for residents privacy. Do not recommend! Very unprofessional. Hard to get ahold of via email or phone. We filled out paperwork for our new apartment, they let us know we were missing a few signatures. When we asked them to resend documents multiple times, they failed to. When we finally got tired of waiting for the docs, we told them we wanted to cancel our move in. ⚠️Caution!! Today I lost $328.95 in application fees to Alta Shores Aptmts because their third party "approval company" (RentGrow.com) said that I don't qualify to live here. My credit score is good, and ironically the rent here is $500 less per mth than I pay currently somewhere else! Since I always pay my rent on the 1st every mth, I was mystified. I stopped in at this leasing office to find out what the barrier was & was told I it was because my credit report shows old credit card delinquencies from 2022! Please run your ... read more
