Very disappointing appointment. Sent information in prior to visit regarding my mother - the patient- and what we wanted from this appointment. Little time was spent with my mother and zero follow up was done. Dr Arnold did a cursory exam then told an 84 year old her pain was probably just some arthritis and that she should do a few exercises. Nothing was provided in writing to help recall “exercises”. Just a waste of time and money..
Recently had my first visit with Dr. Arnold and I was pleased. I can't think of a negative thing to say about the visit. The office staff was fantastic which, as we all know, is virtually just as important as the doctor.
