Can I give a negative star rating? Mike Diggs is a joke. This man is no expert in his field. Please DO NOT use this company. My husband and I had bad dealings with them years ago and now my brother is struggling with these incompetent people now. The term customer service does not exist in their world. And where do people have to turn when they don't hold up their end of the bargain? A really bad joke!
We bought a unit about 6.5 years ago with warranty for parts and labor. We paid it off within 3 years. The installation service was good. Since then, every encounter has been unsatisfactory. From scheduling a yearly service check to issues with the unit not working, it’s always a run around, someone else’s fault for delays when we talk to anyone associated with this company (owner included), and a headache to think about having to call. I bought a Trane, 14 SEER, 2-ton HVAC system from Lowes that Graybeal installed. They installed the wrong heat pump, the wrong air handler and didn't install new lines between the two. Basically, everything they did was wrong. When I pointed this out, Graybeal owner Mike Diggs lied, telling me the system was want I wanted, while telling Lowes he was trying to do me a favor by intentionally installing a larger system. Well I had sometime to think about this! All I can say is WOW!!! I will let people read this and see the holes in your story because there's a lot. I wish people could read the letter you send to us. Lowe's does have a copy of it. Good luck with everything and remember it all started because the outdoor unit was 4 inches to tall and 4 inches to wide then the people who live next door. Good luck.

I just bought two sets of furnaces and AC units for my farm, and from the initial ordering to the last handshake, I was continuously impressed with them. They are professional and personal, educated and talented, reliable and reasonable. At the end, they handed me two gift bags (one for each system purchased), thank you gifts for doing business with them. Unbelievable. I recommend them to everyone.
