Amazing group of people all around. Maintenance team answered all calls quickly and efficiently, and office personnel were attentive to needs as well. Very professional and easy to work.
I will NEVER rent from Grey Real Estate in Ada again! Their business practices are highly unethical and their office and maintenance team are both incredibly rude. They charge a “monthly maintenance walkthrough” fee, deceive you of what the walkthrough entails, and all they do is check fire alarms to make sure they can charge tenet for anything that goes wrong!
