This is the 3rd time I have written about Gray and Ehrler Orthodontist in Upland, Ca. This place is amazing! Everyone that works there is always very kind, caring, and helpful. Both doctors have a great team. I have been with them for about 4 years and both my kids, Madison Burnett and Sean Burnett have gotten braces there and we are very satisfied with everything they have done for us. I recommend this place to all families. Their facility is very clean, welcoming, and always friendly. The best part (Lol), is that they make fresh cookies 2-3 times a day for the patients and seriously don't mind when us parents want one. You will not be disappointed!! I recommend Gray and Ehrler Orthodontist to everyone! Mrs. Burnett

I am so grateful to have been recommended to Dr Gray! I asked Dr. Hasse my oral surgeon for recommendations for orthodontic specialists in my area. That's how I become familiar with Dr Gray's office in Upland. I had met with orthodontists before but the others had old school approaches that would have taken 3 years to complete. At Dr. Gray's office they offer SureSmile and other options, my case has been reduced to about one year. Also another very important lifesaving note is that Dr. Gray has state of the art equipment and they were able to detect my sleep apnea. The other orthodontist offices did nothing. We've added that to the list of adjustments that need to be made. I have a long road ahead of me with jaw surgery, implants, crowns and veneers but I'll get my pretty smile soon.

i just want everyone who is receiving treatment and who will be needing retainers to know that the cost after treatment is very high. i was told at end of treatment i needed to continue to wear retainers and could get them replaced as time went on. i called to replace mine and was told it would be 335$ to get new ones because they destroy the molds after a few years and want to charge me an office visit to walk in the door. talk about outrageous and a ripe off. they will not work with you at all.

The atmosphere is very friendly. My daughter and I were always greeted in and out. There was little to no wait time. My daughter loved her assistants and especially the soft cookie on her way out. The overall experience is very relaxed and comforting for little ones and thats what I love.

We started going to Dr. Gray 5 years ago. What a great practice they have. I drove from San Bernardino down to Upland and it was so worth it. The staff are amazing and Dr. Gray is so thorough and understanding. They explain every step and have convenient payment plans. The office is always clean and inviting. It feels like you are walking into a tropical resort not an orthodontics office. They have fun incentives for the patients to keep their teeth clean by doing the recommended upkeep between visits. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gray and his staff.

I was promptly greeted as I entered the office. It is refreshing to see friendly, smiling faces at the front desk. I was at the office about 90 minutes for braces and it was nice that this was the time I was quoted. All staff are cheerful and friendly. I appreciate the cleanliness of this office. Thanks.
