I came up with this tour agency by coincidence. I had booked through Expedia for another one and they canceled on me the morning of the tour. Alex from Gray Line took me in for the tour day as they had space for one more, absolutely amazing! I enjoyed the day although it was rainy on that day, and definitely recommend to get the option of the lunch with them. You won't regret it :)
I recently had the most thrilling experience on the Niagara Falls USA tour! Logan, Our great guide made every moment enjoyable and shared fascinating stories that brought the falls to life. Riding the Maid of the Mist was indescribable; the mist and power of Horseshoe Falls were truly breathtaking. We were so lucky to have Fabio as our tour guide. The man is HILARIOUS! He really knew his facts, too! He would gauge crowd interest and talk about things we were interested in. My dad really likes science so he told us all about Tesla and showed us pictures of the dams. He took us to a place to try fudge and maple syrup samples and one girl didn't get fudge so he TURNED AROUND TO GET HER SOME! Amazing! We get to Niagara Falls and stopped in the big welcome center building first. We didn't know where to really start, so we decided we were going to just pay for the tour that was available here. Best choice we made by far! It was around 4 hours, but you do everything! Look at all of our pics. These pics are because we chose the tour. Grayline Niagara is top notch, vehicle is clean, the tour guide Logan is very knowledgeable and friendly. The Maid of the mist is amazing and Cave of the winds is breathtaking, I can actually say I touched Niagara Falls!!! Had a blast learning all about Niagara on this tour. Definitely would recommend this tour to anyone coming to Niagara
