I went to their service department for an emergency key fob replacement for my Dodge Journey. I had no previous relationship with them. They had the replacement in stock and took me right away . The whole process took about 15 minutes. They were helpful, friendly, professional and courteous. Today, I received an email from them with free access for as long as I own the vehicle to car fax report. Very satisfied customer !

I find it disgusting that a woman walked in your service department with a brand new Dodge Journey (purchased less than a month ago ) with an AC issue and your service department advised her that it wasn’t a warranty item and she would have to pay out of pocket to have it looked at. A brand new car, 3/36 warranty . I walked into the door today looking to see a Renegade. Not one person came to me to see if I needed help. I walked completely through the showroom, found a renegade, opened the door & sat inside. Still NO ONE!!!! Got out of the vehicle & walked out the door. Unbelievable....I'll be going to Toyota tomorrow.
Extremely poor customer service... Lou (Manager) and Rebecca (Finance Manager) will bring this establishment down FAST....
The service department just doesn't care. They certainly don't believe in customer safety or satisfaction. I am one customer that will never buy from them again. I've bought many cars and never experienced such an attitude. Perhaps they just have terrible mechanics but I think the management and company policies are the problem.;
