I was grossly under quoted a price by a salesman named Arthur. who after realizing his mistake refused to return my calls. They tried to sell me a two year old car for the more than a new one costs. I ended up finding an honest dealership and got the brand new car I wanted for a better price then they were selling one that had been sitting for so long the battery was dead for. never going here again. not sending anyone here either. this place blows. Sara is useless too

I went there to purchase a vehicle. which I could not do because there was no sales or finance manager on. on top of that the car I wanted to test drive had a dead battery. The sale person Arthur was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles and low balled the price because of his lack of knowledge. The next day when we tried to get an actually price we got the run around along with no phone calls back. He made a mistake on the price, we are all human, I still would have purchased it at the correct price if the correct price... read more

what awful customer service when your lease ends and u dont want to go into a newer vehicle. Finance dept jerks you around and never works on your paperwork.

I had the pleasure of doing business with these guys and my salesman Arthur an Derek the finance manager was pretty much awesome. They were able to work out a deal for me that got me the jeep that I loved and kept me in my budget! Thanks again guys!

I had the pleasure of doing business with these guys and leasing an awesome 2020 Jeep Cherokee. My salesman, Cory Scott, made me feel comfortable and all my questions were answered. He was willing and able to work out a deal for me that got me the exact car I wanted and kept me in my budget! Highly recommend!!

Fire the service manager and retrain the mechanics is a good start, the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Was a loyal customer for over 30 years until I met this service department and management. Buy foreign they have a much better record when it comes to recalls and actually fixing the problem

I just brought my #jeep #grandcherokee to #GrayJeep service department to address a vibration issue and an oil change. I was less than happy to be told it would be $160 to determine no issue and oil change....much less happy to get there and pay $248 after also “topping off” the brake fluid also. Should have went to #jackwilliams as I likely would have paid $40 for the same service.😡

be honest and own up to your mistakes. you did not tighten the lug nuts on four of my tires , after a tire rotation.

What an absolutely awesome experience. From the manager Greg to the salesperson James it was a TOP NOTCH EXPERIENCE. These guys were professional from the minute they answered the phone to the minute I drove away from the dealership. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys!!
