Do not rent from this company. They do not manage well. We have had a rodent issue (in the ceiling not inside) for several months now and no one cares. They dismiss it as a small squirrel or say pest control is on the way. Pest control has never came. All of the upstairs neighbors also complain about hearing the animals. They fight and shriek all through the night and are so loud. They are definitely bigger animals and this is a health safety concern. This company does not care about its tenants.

I lived at River Club from May 2024- February 2025 My daughter, Amya, was a leasing agent. It was taken over by Gray Capital right before I moved in. The maintenance team is great, since Gray took over, they cannot seem to keep staff though. Recently, my daughter was terminated just short of her one year of employment.
