Although the woman I had was taking her time, it took almost 2 hours to do a gel fill. On top of that, she cut 3 of my cuticles and they were all bleeding. Then i go to pay, and they tell me $60. Online, it says $45. The owner proceeded to tell me that $45 is just for gel and then $15 for a color. THAT IS A RIP OFF. And makes no sense. I’m visiting from New York and I don’t even pay $60 for a gel fill back at home. Too bad I come to Delray often, but I will never go back to this salon.
Absolutely love this salon! Staff is always on top of trying to get all walk ins seen as quickly as possible and they are always professional. My go to tech is Dayani. Love the fact she can make my feet that have been in high heels all week with little care look “brand new”. I moved the other month and tried a nail place by me and when I say I ran back to Dayani… I RAN LOL. I will never go anywhere else now and am so happy I finally found my nail place. Thank you Dayani!
I had a great experience both times I have been there, today I had Kevin and he was spectacular! Did a full set and a pedicure. I highly recommend, the spa is super clean and quiet
Two times in a row my wife had an appointment and the first time had to wait for 45 minutes to be taken and the second time she had to wait 30 minutes. When she finally was taken the technician had an attitude and rushed thru the manicure. Terrible way to run a business and treat customers.
