We had a renter who was taking advantage of our kindness during the pandemic and lied to us about not being able to pay rent and about sending us payment. The renter was going to continue to play us, using the legal system so we called Tavss Fletcher. They listened to our needs and communicated with the renter via mail, e-mail and text within 24 hours and put the renter on notice to pay the back and current rent. I contacted Mr. Fletcher because my daughter was sexually assaulted and I wanted her to have representation when we made our police report.
