The first time I went was a bad experience but I had to go again for a new job and the lady had good customer service but I don’t think she knows what she’s doing when taking blood work. When I get blood work, it may hurt getting poked but never hurts when it’s pulled out. I yelled loud when she pulled it out. It left a “drag mark” scar so you can tell the needle was dragged down my skin rather than pulled directly out.
Had a coworker get injured on the job. Took him here and was told the nurse practitioner was about to go to lunch and we wouldn’t be seen for about an hour. Are you kidding me?!?!! Nice that they care.
Should be noted that although they close at 5:00pm they stop administrating employer service drug test at 4:00pm. Everyone looked free and available at the time though.
