Amazing Service and Quality Care!
I went in on a Monday because I was experiencing pressure that I thought might be from a UTI. They did a urine culture and said it would take 2-3 days. I still hadn’t gotten a call a week later. I finally called them and they said that it never even got sent to the lab and it’s lost. Then they said that the manager would call me. She never followed up. I understand that these places are busy, but this is just too much. I never found out what the issue was even though they said it could be a kidney infection.
I had a nerve test. They explained the procedure before we started and continued to explain what was being done as the test was being done. Everyine was very nice.
Just saw the kindest, warmest, most personable doctor at Graves Gilbert Walk in Clinic on Nashville Road. I don't remember her name. Even though she is sending me to the Med Center ER for cardio tests, she really put me at ease.
