ERIN MARR, N.P., prescribed my 1 year old promethazine, which is NOT supposed to be taken under 2 years of age. Do these providers not have any knowledge or education of the medications they are prescribing their patients? My fiance took our daughter, and he is not knowledgeable about medications. He gave her a dose, and then began to read the box and did some research. A simple google search can tell you this is not a recommended medication in her age group.
