Cameron Collier was a nice and informative PA. He got my baby on the right treatment plan that has been working so far. HOWEVER, the office couldn't care less about you. They don't look at e-referrals. My sons pediatrician said they would call me to schedule an appointment. I waited over a week for a call from them and it never came. I called them multiple times and FINALLY got through after leaving two voicemails and calling multiple times in a row. Never had a a problem in office but impossible to get anyone to answer phone to get prescriptions or lab results. Very frustrating!
They never answer the phone it’s so unprofessional. You can call them everyday for a week straight and they still don’t answer.
