I contacted BBB to resolve an issue after Graves Bros. did some work for me and the company responded very responsibly. Things are on the right track now and plan on using them again for future work. Thank you Graves for rectifying the situation!!! Good work.

I had Graves Brothers replace the roof on my house and garage this past summer. Everyone I dealt with, from the salesman to the office staff to the installers, were fantastic. The installers did a great job and I could not be happier. The product that they sold me lives up to the promises, with the windstorms and winter we have had!

There were two jobs (Siding and Roofing) Graves Bros. completed for me. Both were reasonably priced and well done. Working with them I felt the entire process from estimation to completion of the job was very professional and timely. They were always prompt in responding to questions or concerns. Personnel possessed a strong customer focus; overall resulting in a good end to end experience.

We needed a major kitchen renovation for many years, which we kept putting off, mostly due to high estimates in previous attempts. I originally called to get an estimate on a big job. They gave me a no pressure estimate which was fair but something I was not ready to undertake. While working on that estimate some smaller jobs that needed attention were noticed and I asked for estimates on those. Again the estimates were fair and I had them done. The estimate included a total price in case some materials could not be re-used. When we found those materials were reusable they reduced the contract price accordingly.
