Gravener has been my go-to shop for anything HVAC. Very easy to work with and personalized attention. The charges always seem reasonable, and they don't try to upsell me on simple fixes.
Gravener installed the heating and cooling for the previous owner of our house and have provided fantastic service for the 10 years we have lived here. Recently, when our air conditioning unit failed, Gary explained our options and sent regular updates while a new compressor was being built and shipped from out of state. Great service, very responsive to calls and so easy to get scheduled for a tuneup or service. Gravener has been excellent for all our HVAC needs since moving back to Pittsburgh last year! We have two furnaces, one that is older in a challenging spot, and they had no trouble getting at it and keeping it running.

Excellent and professional company. I have used the Gravener Company for many years and they have never left me down. I would highly recommend them. 02.19.24: I just had a new heating system installed in an addition at my home. Jim, Brian and Paul are professional and knowledgeable.
