The service at Graue Chevrolet is great, the attitude of helping was amazing. We’ve never had a Cadillac, and now I wonder why we waited so long. It drives beautifully and the ride is solid. Everything about the dealership was spot-on. We felt welcomed and comfortable asking questions, and we know that they will be there to help us in any way possible. A huge, huge shout out to Dave, Nate and Tub and the service department at Graue. They have taken very good care of us ever since Nikles closed in the spring of 2016 and until our move to Columbia, IL this June. Had an issue with our Subaru Outback. I got my 2016 Chevy cruise from Graue. Worked with Terry & he was excellent & never pushed us into anything we didn’t want. Everyone was extremely nice. Anytime I need something done with my car they are the only ones I call & they always get me in that week. Great service.
