Went to Graue and worked with Chad Branson. I had a very specific vehicle and trim package that I was wanting, and had a set budget to work with. Chad was relentless in searching for the vehicle and ultimately found one at another dealership. He was able to negotiate with them to have the vehicle brought in for me...exactly what I wanted. The service was outstanding and everyone there was great to work with. Highly recommend Chad!
My son’s Equinox (that he purchased from Graue) started burning oil very badly at 105,000mikes. After checking with Graue they informed us that GM had extended the warranty on this particular model and year because of a known issue and told us to bring it and it would be repaired under the extended warranty free of charge. The work was done in a very efficient and timely manner. We picked up the car and drove it less than 5 miles and a brand new rod broke and destroyed the engine.
