My 16 yr old water heater sprung a pinhole hot water pipe leak. I called GP but had to wait a week because he was booked up. This was when they were preparing us for the monster snowstorm in Dec. '22. During this time I had been feeling nauseous. Unbeknownst to me, my furnace sensor was dirty and was leaking gas which was making me sick. Excellent service from Grateful Plumber. Hot water line burst under the ************ located the problem & had it replaced in no time. Very professional & reasonably priced. **** was very friendly & kept me updated throughout the work. I would highly recommend this company.

I cut a 6 x 6 inch hole in the drywall so the old outdoor faucet could be removed and replaced with a new one. The owner along with his plumber came to my house and the owner said they will probably be able to replace the faucet without making the drywall opening any larger. After 30 minutes and $339 later the owner said they were done. I went outside and checked out the new faucet and then saw the drywall opening was not repaired or replaced. I asked the owner about this and he said "We don't do drywall".

I called Grateful Plumber when my washer spun all the water out onto the kitchen floor instead of the drain.**** arrived promptly as he had promised, and fixed the problem. I am very satisfied with his work, but he is a little too expensive in my opinion.Also, he and his helper tracked up my floor.All in all, I would hire him again.

Great communication (texts confirming appointment time and when plumber was on the way), on time (or even early! - called first to confirm availability), professional demeanor, gave options to repair and/or replace, left repair area clean. Plus - we’re back to taking hot showers again! Very satisfied!
