I hired Grateful Plumber to stop a leak from the bolts in the bottom of my toilet tank. As his assistant was finishing up the job, a loud clang sound came from the tank. It cracked. GP gave me the choice of paying for the the work done OR paying for a new toilet. He would not take responsibility for damages to the tank.
