I hired Grateful Plumber to stop a leak from the bolts in the bottom of my toilet tank. As his assistant was finishing up the job, flushing several times to be sure the new bolts were not leaking, a loud clang sound came from the tank. It cracked. GP gave me the choice of paying for the the work done OR paying for a new toilet. He would not take responsibility for damages to the tank. He insisted the leak was from a crack in the tank not from the bolts! He was outside when the tank made the loud noise. GP has a bad attitude ... read more
